Product Owner Required

This is a classic Agile Product Owner role based in Reading, UK.  Working closely with the two development and deployment teams and the Product Manager in the UK, you will:

Create the detailed development planning necessary to achieve the goals of the product road map

Create the user stories necessary for agile software development

Set the development priorities, based on value and size and manage the product backlog

Attend customer meetings to understand the stakeholder requirements and priorities

Monitor the teams’ progress in achieving the road map

Design and implement the necessary development processes, coaching the team to adhere to them

Communicate relentlessly with all stakeholders and team members to ensure that everyone is appropriately informed and involved

Provide coaching for the development teams in order to assist them to develop high quality software in an efficient and effective way
 

Person Specification

The successful candidate will:

Have a technical background, possibly as a software developer

Have detailed knowledge and experience of Agile

Have previous experience of being a technical Product Owner

Be an excellent communicator, particularly verbal but also written

Be Self starting

Be strong in Multi-tasking

Be highly organised

Java Developers Required

Looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for Java Developers to join our dynamic, energetic team.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, but working closely with the CTO, the ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of modern software frameworks and technologies.

They should also have a knowledge and understanding of the following:

Strong Java background (more than 5 years), especially in areas of asynchronous processing and multithreading

Good knowledge of Spring

Knowledge of cloud frameworks like Netflix OSS projects, Spring Cloud, etc…

Knowledge of Apache projects such as Kafka, Storm, Zookeeper

Knowledge of NoSQL data stores is useful (like MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J)

The roles will be based in Reading, United Kingdom.

 

Senior Developers Required (UI specialist)

Looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for Senior Developers to join our dynamic, energetic team.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, but working closely with the CTO, the ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of modern software frameworks and technologies.

They should also have a knowledge and understanding of the following:

UI developers with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills.

Experience in ES2015 and React (+Redux), but these are not essential.

Someone who is graphically inclined would be a bonus.

 

This role will be based in Reading, United Kingdom.
