Vesa Walldén
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Vesa Walldén is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for Accanto Systems and Senior Partner for Capman. Vesa Walldén joined CapMan in 2002. He has over 20 years experience in global high technology companies. Prior to joining CapMan, Vesa worked at Tahoe Networks, where he was responsible for business development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Vesa held positions at Nokia New Ventures and Nokia Mobile Phones, most recently as Head of Technology Sales and Marketing. He also has earlier experience in sales and marketing for Sun Microsystem Inc. in Finland and the U.S. Prior to that position, he worked for Hewlett-Packard and Apollo Computers.
Michele Campriani
Director and CEO
Michele Campriani is currently a Director on the Board and CEO of Accanto Systems. He has over 15 years of experience in the service provider market and was previously General Manager of the Protocol Product Group at Sunrise Telecom. Beforehand, he held several positions in Hewlett-Packard’s Service Provider’s Business Unit. In his last position, he had worldwide responsibility of HP’s OSS business. In this role, he was responsible for the OSS product and solution portfolio and for the HP Consulting OSS practice. Other former positions in various European and U.S. locations include Business Development Manager of the EMEA region, Marketing manager, consultant and an eminent member of the advanced research lab of HP. He is an advisor to the Board of the TM Forum. He received a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in Italy.
Jarkko Multanen
Director and CTO
Jarkko Multanen is currently a Director on the Board and CTO of Accanto Systems. Jarkko was a founder and the CEO of LTE Innovations Ltd., the Finnish consulting arm of Accanto Systems. He has over 15 years experience in the telecom market. Jarkko started his career in 1993 at Telecom Finland (today TeliaSonera) working as NOC expert and OSS head architect for 7 years. He then founded mobile software company PockIT Ltd. which was soon acquired by an investment banking firm. Furthermore, he founded Distocraft Ltd., a company that focused on OSS service assurance products and solutions. When Ericsson Corporation acquired Distocraft, Jarkko continued there as a Strategic Product Manager. Jarkko has a Master's of Science in Telecommunications.
Jorma Heinonen
Director
Jorma Heinonen is currently a Director on the Board of Accanto Systems and was Chairman of the Board of LTE Innovations. He is an active and established ICT executive with over 25 years of industry experience. Jorma is currently also working as a board member of Movial Applications, a Finnish company that provides client applications to telecom network and service providers worldwide. He has also served many years a board member at Digital Route in Sweden and executive positions in Distocraft, Netseal, Jertec and Digital. He was a key member of the executive team of Comptel Corporation. At Comptel, he was Senior Executive VP over Worldwide Sales and recruited a large partner network with over 180 global operators as customers, leading to an IPO in 1999 with a very high valuation.
