Accanto Systems has announced two new CSA applications based on its Mobile X-Ray product. The first delivers key functionality needed by Service Operating Centers (SOCs) to monitor, problem-solve and perform root-cause analysis on their mobile and converged networks. Accanto says it provides innovative SOC management dashboards that give quick insights into traffic volume, service performance and customer experience. Thresholds and alert violations can be followed with problem-solving views of worst areas, worst cells and problematic/affected customers.
