Accanto Systems Further Solidifies Customer Base in Europe
In collaboration with distributor Phoenix Datacom, Accanto beats out competition to secure deal providing testing/measurement equipment to global Service Provider.
HELSINKI, Finland, June 10, 2010-Accanto Systems, a leader in Customer Service Assurance solutions for today's converged networks, announced today that a partnership with distributor Phoenix Datacom resulted in the win of a contract with a global Service Provider for their European subsidiaries serving Business customers. This particular agreement centers on the NeTracker/Pantera protocol analyzers, which are as well a part of Accanto’s award-winning CSA solution.
The deal was initiated in the United Kingdom with Phoenix Datacom, and will be covering over a dozen European locations. There were several companies competing for the customer, but the strength and perseverance of the Accanto/Phoenix sales team, as well as strong performance in trials, eventually led to the Accanto win.
