Helsinki, Finland, 10 October 2016, Accanto Systems a leading provider of quality management for service and customer experience, today announced the opening of its UK office. Based at Reading’s Thames Valley Park, in the UK’s Hi-Tech hub, the new office will be overseen by Teemu Juurinen CFO and Brian Naughton CTO and will host strategists, engineers, marketers and administration.
The UK is becoming an increasingly important hub for Accanto’s business as it grows from East to West and as the UK straddles the world’s time-zones, it’s the best location to keep East and West in touch, bringing superior Service Operations Centre technology and expertise closer to some of Accanto’s existing European customers whilst making it more accessible to those in other geographies.
