Solution based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and Accanto Systems’ iCEM offers operators increased visibility into subscribers and the network
Lahti, Finland, 2 June 2015, Accanto Systems, an established provider of customer experience management (CEM) and advanced analytics, today announced that it has become a Red Hat ISV Advanced Partner.
By collaborating with Red Hat, the world’s leading provider of open source solutions, Accanto Systems offers customers a communications-specific big data analytics platform for mobile and fixed line networks that unifies telecoms service provider data sources to enable real-time, deep visibility into network operations and customer quality of experience (QoE). With advanced decision-making tools and insight into individual subscriber behavior, network trends, and service issues, the network can be optimized for better service planning and operations in order to improve subscriber satisfaction.
To differentiate on service quality and personalized offerings, a communications service provider (CSP) must gain a better view of customers, meaning huge amounts of data from many sources need to be analyzed across its infrastructure. Based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and Accanto Systems’ Intelligent Customer Experience Management (iCEM), the solution unifies data sources, giving increased visibility into subscribers and the network, providing the operator with actionable insight.
